A note on timing

The earthquake damaged hundreds of tanks across the island at once, and liners are sold out island-wide right now — replacements have to be shipped in from the mainland. This is a supply situation affecting every catchment company on the island, not a delay on our end. If your tank needs a new liner, there will be a real wait before we can install it. Once we've reviewed your tank, we'll give you an honest timeline and keep you posted at every step.
