Waikoloa Village Catchment & Fire Safety Solutions

Water Storage for Dry Conditions & Fire Preparedness

Waikoloa Village faces some of the driest conditions on Hawaiʻi Island, making rainwater catchment and fire safety storage tanks a necessity. Our corrosion-resistant water storage tanks are engineered to withstand high winds, extreme temperatures, and volcanic dust, ensuring a long-lasting, reliable water supply for both daily use and emergency fire protection.

Wildfire Protection with High Capacity Storage

With increasing fire risks in Waikoloa Village, our fire safety water storage tanks provide a dedicated water reserve for fire suppression. Our 10,000–250,000+ gallon storage systems meet local fire code requirements, ensuring homes and businesses have the necessary water volume to protect against wildfires and emergencies.

Waikoloa Rainwater Tanks & Engineering

Efficient Water Storage for Limited Rainfall

Rainwater is a valuable resource in Waikoloa Village, where average annual rainfall is low. A 2,500 sq. ft. roof can collect 10,000+ gallons of rainwater annually, making high-capacity storage tanks essential. Our custom-engineered tanks ensure efficient collection and long-term storage, while IoT-enabled monitoring systems provide real-time data on:

  • Tank water levels
  • pH balance (6.5–8.5)
  • Turbidity levels (<1 NTU)

Advanced Filtration & Fire-Ready Design

Each Waikoloa Rainwater Tank System includes:

  • UV-C chambers eliminating 99.99% of harmful bacteria
  • High-pressure NSF 372-certified pumps maintaining fire-ready flow rates

I have been with pacific blue since moving into my house 12 yrs ago. I have had three memorable water emergencies that because of Murphy’s Law happened on the weekends or Friday. Corey/his crew were there every time I needed them. Always called back within an hour, always able to help.I had the honor of meeting Jay on my last water situation, and not only did he fix the problem, he improved my set up and showed me step by step how to fix the problem myself if I was inclined to do so. Great company, great people. Thanks you guys

They provided a one stop package. Other vendors offered a tank but not install. They arranged for water delivery, delivered and installed the tank and roof. As on option, they also provided a hydrant hook up for water delivery haulers. Very pleased with the finished product.
