Corey Yeaton — building Pacific Blue from a single Ocean View install.
Corey Yeaton started Pacific Blue Catchment in 2008 out of Ocean View, on the dry south flank of the Big Island, where county water doesn't reach and every household lives or dies by what falls on the roof. He'd been doing catchment work informally for friends and neighbors for years before the business was a business — fixing busted pumps, rebuilding tank stands, retrofitting the legacy galvanized tanks that came standard in the Ocean View subdivisions of the 1980s and 1990s. Word got out. The phone kept ringing. So in 2008 he licensed the company and went full-time.
Fifteen-plus years and 3,000+ customers later, the principles haven't changed. One crew handles everything end-to-end — site survey, tank delivery, foundation, install, plumbing, filtration, UV, first fill, and the maintenance schedule that keeps it all running. No subcontractors, no finger-pointing, no "that's not our crew" when something goes wrong years later. Whoever installed the system is the same company that maintains it.

Today Pacific Blue Catchment is the largest authorized Pioneer Water Tanks dealer in Hawaii, serving all six populated islands from a single base in Captain Cook. We're a small team that does a lot of work — and the people answering the phone are the same people you'll see on your install.
